The AP story
Personal recovery experience became a clinic built to help others recover better.
AP began with hands-on cupping and recovery work, then evolved into a broader clinic as clients needed more complete support around pain, mobility, injury and performance.
Today the focus is deliberately multidisciplinary: listen first, assess what is needed, then use the right combination of physiotherapy and recovery care.
